A third generation realtor, Tyler spent 10 years specializing in residential new construction in the Philadelphia metropolitan area achieving the highest designations awarded to the top 1/2% 

​Tyler Bradley is a member of the Kimberly Luxury Group (KLG), a team specializing in both residential resale homes and new construction properties. A third generation realtor, Tyler spent 10 years specializing in residential new construction in the Philadelphia metropolitan area achieving the highest designations awarded to the top 1/2% of agents nationwide. Involved literally from the ground up, Tyler was involved from the initial phase starting with the architects devising the ideal floor plan, selection of interior finishes as well as staging the model units.

When it comes to resale homes, KLG knows the importance of first impressions both online and in-person so every home must appear to be like a model home before it is listed.

Tyler graduated from American University’s School of International Service, is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish. Prior to Philadelphia, Tyler and his family lived in New York City and Beverly Hills, California where he has renovated many of his own properties.

Born and raised in Connecticut, his late father was a real estate attorney turned broker and a principal in his own boutique brokerage firm for 40 years. Tyler understands firsthand the importance of finding the right REALTOR® to work with.

Originally from Mississauga, Canada, Hannah moved to California before settling in Ridgefield, Connecticut. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where she also competed on the track and field team—an experience that instilled in her the discipline, focus, and perseverance she brings to real estate.

While studying in Connecticut, Hannah began visiting Southwest Florida and was instantly drawn to Naples’ vibrant lifestyle, natural beauty, and sophisticated charm. Now a full-time resident and passionate local advocate, she combines deep knowledge of the area with a sharp understanding of her clients’ unique needs, helping them find not just a house—but the perfect place to call home.
